Project Drawdown

Project Drawdown is a non-profit organization based in the US. Since its inception in 2014, Project Drawdown has become the world’s leading resource for climate solutions. Hundreds of scientists and experts have worked on a database of the most substantial methods of reducing emissions, based on rigorous scientific calculations and the best available data.

The 2017 book Drawdown, The Most Comprehensive Plan Ever Proposed to Reverse Global Warming contains research on the top 100 solutions to global warming. Styled as a highly accessible coffee table book, it became a New York Times bestseller and inspired a global movement.

Drawdown Review

The most up-to-date research on Drawdown is currently found in The Drawdown Review, Climate Solutions for the Next Decade, the first follow-up to the 2017 book. The Review contains new and updated research, and lays out the full menu of the Drawdown methodology in more detail. The Review adds analysis of how implementation of climate solutions could be accelerated.
